Returns
We unfortunately don't accept returns for change of mind, however In the case that your order arrives damaged or not as expected , please email us as soon as possible. We view refund applications case by case and will try our hardest to work towards a satisfactory solution for our clients. Our policy lasts 14 days and if 14 days have past since your purchase, we unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase emailed to us at hello@hudsonandkingsleythelabel.com.
- Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and your case is assessed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and it is now under request. Once your item has been assessed we notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and deposited automatically onto credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
What if my refund hasn’t come through? If you haven’t received your refund within 7 day, we first ask you check your bank account again. Next contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially deposited. You can also contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Finally, if you’ve done all of this and you are still yet to receive your refund, please contact us at: hello@hudsonandkingsleythelabel.com
- Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or come not as expected. If you need to exchange it for the same item or or human error has occurred and you received the wrong item please send us an email at: hello@hudsonandkingsleythelabel.com
Shipping to return your product, you should post your product to: 23/205 Port Hacking Rd Miranda, NSW, 2229.
Although we have agreed to your return/refund you the customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning of your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and on the basis you receive a refund, the cost of your replaced items return shipping will be re quoted at the time of returns assessment.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
