Shipping policy

Domestic shipping

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, with tracking details. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Free delivery to anywhere in Australia is offered for orders over $150. For all other domestic orders, we offer $10 flat rate shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@hudsonandkimgsleythelabel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Shipping
We do offer international shipping, however prices will vary and a quote will need to be arranged. Please email us at: hello@hudsonandkingsleythelabel.com

Liability

We are not responsible, and exclude all liability for, any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees and charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are also not responsible, and exclude all liability for, any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged or lost while in shipment, please contact the shipment carrier directly.
